The farmed fish provides a skinless, boneless wwhite fish that is versatile and competitive, providing customers and consumers wwith a protein that can be cooked and served in a wwide range of dishes.
With over 90% of the fish farmed on ponds, the consistency of taste, color and texture has seen the demand increase year on year, in 2012 over 2 Million tons of fish will be farmed, wwith over 700,000 tonnes of processed products being exported world wide.
