Vietnam has established itself as the leading producer of Black Tiger prawns.
Farmed in both extensive and semi intensive farms, the prawns are farmed in the South of Vietnam and process in our approved factories.
We supply a full range of Black Tiger products, from the Whole head on Prawn, through to fully peeled, products are supplied both raw and cooked as well as in added value products, such as marinated, breaded or in shrimp rings.
Main size now available for Black Tiger from Vietnam are: 6/8 through to 41/50 size, pieces per LB.
The main products sold are:
HLSO – Headless shell on.
EZ Peel – headless shell on shrimp with the back cut for easy peeling.
PTO – Peeled tail on.
PD – Peeled and deveined – Fully peeled.
All of the above are supplied both raw and cooked, produced to the customers specification.
We supply products in Bulk packaging as well as in high quality fully printed bags, either in Amanda brand or customer brand.
